Recognizing the Battle Within

We’ve all experienced thoughts that seem to come out of nowhere—negative, doubtful, or even fear-inducing thoughts that make us question our worth or future. It’s easy to believe that these thoughts define us, but they don’t. Our thoughts are not always our own. Replacing Lies with Truth
