Privately owned pala to kaya may membership fee sya.
While ang ibang Public Libraries belong to
NLB group. Di ko pa alam kung may membership pa dun. Will find out soon.

Like my Singaporean Pinoy friend says,
dito mo ma-confirm kung ganu ka-lab ng Singapore government ang Singaporeans at foreigners.

Free po ang membership dito kapag Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
$50 per year naman membership fee for Pass holders. Sulit pag bookworm ka talaga.

Kahit di ka member , pwede ka pa din pumasok sa loob para magbasa-basa lang.
di ka nga lang pwede manghiram ng books to take home.
